5 Easy Steps to Recruit Students at Stevens

  1. Create an Employer Account on Handshake.

    • Handshake is the platform used to connect students and employers. Employers can post jobs and events, schedule interviews, and much more.

  2. Post open jobs on Handshake, including full-time jobs, internships, and full-time fall/spring/summer co-op jobs.

  3. Participate in or host a recruiting event.

  4. Become a Co-op Employer to hire students in the Stevens Cooperative Education Program.

  5. Explore Stevens’ broad range of Bachelors, Masters, and PhD program to identify candidates who align with your hiring criteria. Click on each school to see a list of majors:
