Reflections of the Asian American Experience: Intergenerational Trauma, Shared Experiences, and Joy Through Film
An Asian, Pacific Islander, and Desi American Heritage Month event.
Recently acclaimed movies such as Turning Red; Everything, Everywhere, All at Once; and The Farewell have resonated with many Asian Americans, which reflect the generational experiences within our families. We invite you to hear from a student panel who will share their own thoughts on these films and reflect on their own family joy and challenges.
